An alternative education program is a temporary, authorized departure from the regular public school experience. It is designed to provide educational and social development for students whose disruptive behavior places them at risk of not succeeding in a traditional school structure-or in adult life-without the benefit of a positive interventions. At AFOF, we've put together a quality School Curricula, combined with School Programs and School Counseling, to provide the best possible experience.
All AFOF schools operate in full compliance with State of Delaware educational standards. The objectives addressed in our curriculum tie into the school district's curriculum for each student's grade level
