To address the developmental needs of students, our programs focus on the concept of "esprit de corps." This collaborative and participative system imparts a sense of unity and common purpose within the educational environments.
To encourage esprit de corps, our educators plan activities to incorporate five elements:
- Harmony: Fair treatment in all matters is paramount.
- Inventive: Enthusiastic educators encourage students to work to the best of their abilities.
- Informed: Faculty keep students informed of their performance and progress and about what is required of them through caring and constructive progress reviews.
- Control: Educators ensure a proper classroom balance, judging students on the individuality, quality, and consistency of their efforts.
- Understanding: Students have the opportunity to develop, advance, and aspire to achievement. The educators guide this pursuit by setting clear and appropriate goals.
Other standard features of our schools include:
- In-class enrichment for remedial training, maintenance needs, study skills, and behavior.
- A mentoring program involving local businesses and organizations to offer guidance, social skills, and job readiness.
- In-school counseling (group and individual) to address the needs and concerns of students and their families.
